2. Tell us your special needs

  In order to organize the best suitable medical treatment, we need to know about your needs.  For some kinds of treatment we will also need you to provide us with some medical documentation like your personal doctor report etc. We are very discrete and will treat all your personal medical details confidentially.

3. You want a full care

  You would like Expat Service Bulgaria to organize your whole trip and stay in Bulgaria on the purpose of medical treatment. All you have to do is to contact your personal Expat Service Bulgaria consultant and give your day of arrival and departure. We will welcome you at the airport or other location of arrival, take you to your hotel or the appropriate medical facility, interpret for you during your stay there. Expat Service Bulgaria consultant will assist you with translation during your talks with medical doctors and take care of the translation of your medical documentation, if needed. You can of coarse count on our confidentiality as we understand how private these things are.

  In case you do not have to stay for the whole treatment in the hospital, we can organize some trips to nice places of interest in Bulgaria or entertainment facilities. We also can help you to attend some cultural or sports events, if you feel like visiting such event.

  After your medical treatment has been completed successfully, your Expat Service Bulgaria personal consultant will escort you to the airport or other location of departure, so that you feel safe and go back home happy and relaxed.  

4. You are interested only in the treatment itself

  You might prefer, that you take care of accommodation and transport yourself and would like Expat Service Bulgaria only to escort you to the medical facility. Again you have to declare your wish to your personal Expat Service Bulgaria advisor and he/she will meet you after you have arrived and take you to the medical facility where your treatment will be done. In case that additionally to the escorting to the medical facility you need also translation, please do not hesitate to inform your contact person from the Expat Service Bulgaria team and you will get a personal interpreter for your entire stay or part of it, just as you prefer.  

5. You would like to combine vacation and medical treatment

  You have booked a 2 weeks holiday in Bulgaria and would like to use this time also for getting some medical treatment. Just let us know where you are staying and we will take care of organizing your treatment in the closest possible facility as well as transfer you to the clinic and back to your holiday place. Of course your Expat Service Bulgaria personal assistant will provide you with full support, so that you can combine enjoying your vacation and do something for your health.
